Controller and contact
The data controller is XTESA SRL, trading as 3D Store Italia, registered office Via Domenico Fiasella 82B/R, 16121 Genoa, Italy. VAT IT02647480991; REA GE-501517. Email: info@xtesa.com; certified email: xtesa@pec.it.
Data collected
Company name, representative’s first and last name, email and, only if provided, mobile number. We also record the declaration and privacy notice text and version, language, date, selected consents, receipt reference and verification notes. We do not request identity documents. Technical data may be processed by the infrastructure for security and operation.
Purposes and legal basis
With your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), we manage and verify your expression of interest and prepare documentation for public institutions. The company name and its interest in the project may be shared with the Municipality of Genoa, the Liguria Region and other relevant institutions to evaluate and promote 4GER. Personal contact details are excluded from the dossier. This declaration is not event registration and creates no obligation to attend or pay. It is not a qualified electronic signature.
Separate optional updates
Only with the additional, unchecked consents will we send updates about 4GER by email and/or WhatsApp. You may select neither, one or both channels without affecting your declaration. Choosing WhatsApp involves using that service and processing by its provider under its own terms and privacy notice. These consents do not authorise advertising for other products.
Voluntary provision and recipients
Providing data is voluntary. Required fields are needed to receive and verify the declaration. A mobile number is optional unless you choose WhatsApp. Data is accessible to authorised staff and appointed technical and hosting providers. We do not publish representatives’ names or contact details. Any transfers outside the EEA by providers must use safeguards required under the GDPR.
Retention
We retain data for a maximum of 24 months after collection, unless processing consent is revoked or the project ends sooner, in which case the data is deleted. Withdrawal of the declaration alone excludes it from new dossiers and stops updates: data is then retained for up to 30 days to manage withdrawal and is deleted afterwards. Backup copies are replaced within 7 days after deletion. If a declaration has already been shared with institutions, we notify them of its withdrawal; documents already received are also subject to those institutions’ applicable obligations.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability where applicable, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Contact info@xtesa.com, quoting your receipt reference if available. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it). We do not perform automated decision-making or profiling.

The site uses no advertising analytics or profiling cookies. It uses technical functions necessary for the form and restricted access. Entered data is not transmitted before you submit the form. Updated: 7 November 2026.
